TRX training, or suspension training was first used with the Navy SEALs. This type of training utilizes bodyweight training in a brand new way to develop strength, core stability, and flexibility all in one.

Training athletes at the highest level is challenging for both the trainer and the athlete. No matter the age, skill level, or current fitness we can train any athlete to be ready for their next season!

Weight training, or traditional weightlifting, is great for gaining strength, building muscle, burning fat, and much more. Weightlifting originated from ancient Grecians and Egyptians and evolved into what we know today.

Weight loss is the reduction of total body mass, commonly from a result of body fat loss. Combined exercise and proper diet can lead to weight loss which can reduce risks of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.

Cardiovascular exercise, or cardio, is the process of elevation your heart rate with long lasting exercise. Cardio can be low, moderate, and high intensity and can last anywhere from 2 minutes to hours long! Improving cardio fitness can lower blood pressure, reduce risk for diseases, and much more!
